About the CEO and Founder
Michael Deitch founded The Ryan Group LLC (A Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business), which provides cybersecurity services to DoD government customers. Mr. Deitch combines his experience as an Information Systems Security Manager and Information Systems Security Officer with a passion for providing quality deliverables to all Department of Defense services.
Mr. Deitch has been focusing on Information Assurance using the latest Risk Management Framework.
As the result of Mr. Deitch’s implementation of cybersecurity processes in current and past programs, he brought organization, standards, and best practices in cybersecurity to analyze and solve complex problems.
Mr. Deitch spent a combined 25 years plus serving in the United States Air Force and Law Enforcement. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master's degree in Administration Science along with multiple Graduate Certificates from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He also currently holds industry-standard IT certifications, including; CompTIA Security+ CE, EC Council Certified Ethical Hacker, and SANS GIAC Security Leadership Certification.
When not managing his company or challenged by the fast pace of cybersecurity, he is an appointed member of his local county law enforcement Administrative Charging Committee, perfecting his culinary skills and spending time with his dog.
